Alex Perez wanted to know why Winnipeg has the highest per capita consumption of Slurpees on the planet, so he, Brian McGinn and I headed to Manitoba right around the winter solstice to find out. Brian edited it, and John Kusiak provided music. "Frozen City" has been selected by the Florida Film Festival, the Sarasota Film Festival, and AFI Dallas. There's a site for the film here
