I Get Half

This is a short film I'm directing, adapted from a story by Alex Wilson. The director of photography is Josh Gibson.

Pictured are actors Anna Allen, Brendan Rimmer, and Jay O'Berski. We kicked off with a magic hour shoot in the power corridor in August, and grabbed two shots in an elementary school with Brendan and Anna in September, but our first full day of shooting was October 21^st. That's the kind of project this is. I'm very proud of the collaborators I have assembled for this film, all of whom are volunteering their efforts, and I am willing to wait until everyone's schedule aligns before scheduling a shooting day. Not that we don't work hard when we work—Josh and I managed thirty or so non-trivial setups last Sunday—but after shooting many projects for many purposes over the last few years, it feels good to be making a film slowly.

So I must beg patience of all the talented people involved. I promise to do everything I can to make it worth the wait.
